Our Environmental Services

Indoor Air Quality Testing
MOLD – To determine what type of mold is affecting air quality and at what concentration.
ASBESTOS – To detect the presence of asbestos and at what concentration.

Bulk Asbestos Sampling
A licensed professional will take any suspect building materials from your facility or home to be tested to determine if it is an Asbestos Containing Material (ACM). And, if so, provide a comprehensive abatement work plan.

Air Safety Monitoring
During a project, we will conduct airborne asbestos fiber sampling to assist in assessing exposures and the effectiveness of control measures.

Lead-based paint Inspection/Assessment
Using a portable XRF (X-Ray Fluorescence) lead paint analyzer, we test all the painted or coated surfaces that we can reach. Following a comprehensive initial inspection, a risk assessment can be conducted by visually determining if there is any loose lead paint and all of the windows work the way they were intended to. Finally, the lead inspection/assessment specialist will collect dust samples to determine if the levels of lead in the dust are acceptable to the state.

Renovation Repair and Painting Inspecting (RRP)
Per EPA regulations and the federal law that requires contractors working on target housing (housing built before 1978 with at least one bedroom and not intended for the elderly), we are fully trained to take all necessary precautions to protect residents from exposure to lead paint.
