Enzo Maddalena

Enzo is the proud owner and knowledgeable consultant at Cleveland Masters of Disasters. He is a results-oriented, strategic sales professional with 30 years in the entrepreneurial industry. Enzo graduated from Cuyahoga Community College in Cleveland, Ohio. He has held a wide variety of jobs throughout his life, from managing an excavation company to playing in and managing the band Pony Express.

After recording three songs that eventually landed the #1 spot on the country music Billboard charts, Enzo went on to own several companies in Cleveland, including Ameristream, the Servicemaster franchise and finally, Cleveland Masters of Disasters.

Thanks to all the entertaining and educational experiences Enzo and his team at Cleveland Masters of Disasters had on a daily basis, he wrote and starred in his own TV show called Catastrophe, Inc., which followed the everyday life of a home restoration expert. The show was picked up by the Scripps Network and was shown worldwide on HGTV, DIY Network and Travel Channel.

Enzo is part of a variety of professional associations, including Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Cleveland, Northern Ohio Society for Healthcare Engineering (NOSHE), the Better Business Bureau (BBB), International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and the Italian American Brotherhood Club.

Bryan Glendenning

Bryan is the VP of Operations for Cleveland Masters of Disasters. In the past, he has held various jobs, including painter, laborer, residential and commercial construction, project manager and production supervisor. He is experienced in a wide variety of services and holds many Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certifications (IICRC), including:

  • Building science thermography
  • Applied Microbial Remediation
  • Water Damage Restoration
  • Carpet Repair and Reinstallation
  • Health and Safety
  • Fire and Smoke Restoration
  • Odor Control
  • Applied Structural Drying
  • Mold Removal Specialist (MRS)
  • Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP)
  • State of Ohio Asbestos Hazard Abatement Specialist

Bryan is also specialized in all types of mitigation cleanups, including fire, water, natural, biological, environmental and trauma mitigation, as well as Large Loss commercial, moisture mapping problem solving and safety.

In his free time, Bryan enjoys being a coach for CYO basketball and baseball. He is also an off-season manager for Valley Forge Girls fast pitch. Additionally, Bryan is the president of the Valley Forge Adult Sports Boosters.

Jim Dill

Jim is a graduate of Lakewood High School and Wittenberg University. He started his career in 1985 at Aetna Insurance, where he spent ten years as a property adjuster. Jim worked at Chubb Insurance Group for the next four years as a large loss adjuster, before jumping into the restoration side of the business.

He has spent the last 20 years in the insurance restoration industry working for Belfor and Industrial consultants. After that, he was handed the reigns to the Cleveland Repair Company, where he handled all aspects of water mitigation and reconstruction. Jim chose to stay in the home restoration industry with Cleveland Masters of Disasters, where he enjoys an exciting career restoring homes in Cleveland, Ohio.

Vince Bove

Vince is an accomplished EHS professional with multi-site experience in healthcare facility management. He stared out as the Manager of Engineering Services/Chief Engineer at the Cleveland Clinic/Clinic Inn, where he managed the Cleveland Clinic Hotel and Cleveland Clinic properties, a job he held for over 25 years. After that, Vince worked as a Director of Engineering Services at several companies, including Armstrong Development, Inc.; Trammell Crow Company; and CB Richard Ellis.

He also worked as the Director of Inspection Services at Life Safety Enterprises, Inc. and Director of Engineering at Menorah Park. In recent years, Vince joined the team at Cleveland Masters of Disasters, working in the home restoration industry. Some of his strengths include project management, budget development and fire and life safety, just to name a few.
